FieldSense: Scaffold Defect Analyzer (SDAB)

When you use the Scaffold Defect Analyzer (SDAB), we collect and process certain information to provide our defect-detection services. This includes:

• (i) images and videos that you capture or upload of scaffolding and work sites;
• (ii) precise and approximate location data (GPS) associated with each capture, used solely to geo-tag inspections and map defects to job sites;
• (iii) account and authentication information, such as your name, email address, organization, and session tokens, managed through our identity provider (Keycloak); and
• (iv) technical metadata, including device type, file format, timestamps, request identifiers, and analysis results.

InsureMind

InsureMind is an enterprise platform used by insurers, TPAs, and brokers under commercial agreements. The proposals, claims, and policy documents it processes belong to our clients and are handled on their instructions, within their contracted deployment. Access is restricted through role-based controls, every decision carries an audit trail, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest. If your personal information appears in documents an insurer processes through InsureMind, that insurer remains the controller of your data; please direct requests to them, and we will support them in responding.

Retention and use

We retain media, analysis outputs, and audit logs only for as long as necessary to deliver our services, comply with contractual obligations with your employer or site operator, and meet applicable legal or safety record requirements. After this period, the data is securely deleted or anonymized. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your uploads to train third-party models without your explicit consent. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction, export, or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw camera or location permissions at any time through your device settings, subject to any legal retention requirements.
